I have now added the booklet to the website shop as a downloadable PDF file. This will a replacement for the ebook which is no longer available to from Amazon at the moment. The printed version of the booklet is still available although the supply is limited. Thanks to everyone who has bought one of these, I hope it proves useful and inspires a few ideas.
